There are many second hand communities that sell dresses by brands who offer longer length dresses. Many of the prints sold second hand are no longer available on the brand website. Here is a list of some of the most popular communities:
Lacemarket is like lolita ebay! Listings of second hand goods are posted and buyers can bid or 'buy it now'. All major lolita brands are sold second hand on Lacemarket. To buy off lacemarket you must make an account and have at least one source of feedback from ebay, etsy, or egl community sales. You can search for items for tall lolitas by choosing 'tall lolita friendly' under the sizing notes option (be aware that some people misuse this tag in order to get more views).
Closet Child
Closet child is a website that sells second hand lolita clothing. Each piece is rated out of 5 for condition and you can purchase them by using their shopping cart system (similar to a brand website).
Egl comm sales is a sales community on livejournal in which sellers post sales posts to the group page for buyers to view. To buy off egl comm sales you must have a livejournal account and be a member of the sales community.
